Aussie Brioche Burger
• 4 Brioche Burger Buns
• 750g of beef
• ½ pineapple, peeled, halved, thinly sliced
• ¼ iceberg lettuce, leaves torn
• 425g f beetroot slices, drained
• 4 eggs
• 500g French fries, cooked (to serve)
Directions
Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat.
Halve buns from burger kit, reserving patties, cheese and relish. Cook buns, cut-sides down, for 1 minute or until toasted. Transfer to a board. Cook pineapple, turning, for 2 minutes or until charred. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm.
Cook reserved patties for 3 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through, topping with reserved cheese for the last 30 seconds of cooking.
Fry the eggs sunny-side up in a pan until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
Spread cut sides of bun bases with a little of the reserved relish, then top with lettuce, patties, beetroot, pineapple, and a fried egg each. Sandwich with bun lids. Serve with fries and remaining relish.
