Chocolate Orange Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 loaves (14.1 ounces each) of Hand Braided Brioche Loaf with Butter, cut into 1 inch pieces
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups chocolate milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350°; spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread bread, chocolate chips and almonds in prepared dish

In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, orange juice, orange zest and cardamom; pour over bread mixture and let stand 5 minutes.

Bake bread pudding 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 10 cups.

Serve bread pudding topped with ice cream.
