- 4 Round Butter Croissant Buns
- 4 tablespoon burger sauce
- 350g of kaleslaw
- Pork shoulder
- Cheese slices
- ½ cup of barbecue sauce

Preheat the oven to 300°F.

Season the pork on all sides with the spice mix, cover it with ½ cup (120 ml) barbecue sauce, and place it in a medium-sized pan.

Lightly roast the pork in a casserole dish with a bit of oil.

Pull apart brioche buns into halves and spread the top and bottom of each bun with 1 tablespoon of burger sauce.

With the remaining kaleslaw, mix through the packet dressing and serve it on the side. Close the buns and serve hot.
