Beef Croissant Burger with Caramelised Onion Mayonnaise

- 4 Round Butter Croissant Buns
- 4 rasher bacon
- 4 slice swiss cheese
- 60g rocket leaves
- 80ml whole egg mayonnaise caramelised onion
- 1 pkt coleslaw mix
- 800g beef mince
- 4 burger buns
- 80ml coleslaw dressing
Directions
step 1
Knead the mince in a bowl and season.

Divide mince equally into 4. Wet hands and roll each portion into balls then atten into patties
step 3
Heat BBQ grill or cooking pan to high and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove patties and top with swiss cheese. Grill bacon rashers and toast buns.
step 4
Top each bun base with rocket leaves, cheese topped beef pattie, bacon rasher and a good squeeze of caramelised onion mayonaise. Serve with a side of slaw made with coleslaw dressing.
