Classic Hot Dog

  • 4 Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
  • 4 cups (1 litre) of water
  • 4 hot dog sausages
  • Mustard
  • Tomato sauce
  • Optional: Fried shallots


Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce the heat, add the sausages, and let them simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove the sausages and pat dry with a paper towel and add them in the Brioche Hot Dog Rolls.

Garnish with a drizzle of tomato sauce and mustard.

For a bit of crunch, finish the hot dog by adding fried shallots.
