Tartare Fish Burger
- 4 Brioche Gourmet buns
- 4 United Fish Co. New Zealand Dory Crumbed Fish Fillets
- 1 small lettuce, shredded
- 1 red onion, sliced
For the Tartare Sauce :
- 1/2 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 gherkin, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1 tsp juice from the capers
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Make the tartare sauce: combine all the ingredients and set aside.
STEP 2
Cook the fish fillets according to the packet instructions.
STEP 3
Spread both sides of the buns generously with tartar sauce. Place a handful of shredded lettuce and a couple of slices of red onion on each bun, put a cooked fish fillet on top and add an extra spoonful of tartare sauce. Finish with the top half of the brioche bun.
