Classic Beef Burger with Sweet Chilli Mayo
- 2 Brioche Gourmet Brioche Burger Buns
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 4 Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Burger Patties
- 4 cheese slices
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 pickle, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 2 Tbsp Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat a heavy frying pan and place the brioche burger bun halves face down to toast slightly. Set aside once they are toasted.
STEP 2
Heat the oil in the pan and cook the beef patties according to the packet instructions. While the patties are still in the pan, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cook until melted. Set them aside and cook the sliced onion in the same pan until soft and slightly caramelised.
STEP 3
Mix the sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
STEP 4
Assemble the burgers: Spread the bottom half of the buns generously with some of the sweet chilli mayonnaise mixture. Place some slices of pickle on the bun and top with some lettuce, a couple of slices of tomato, and both cheesy beef patties. Pile some caramelised onion on top and finish with the other half of the burger bun.
STEP 5
Wrap a paper towel around the burger to catch any drips and enjoy!
