Quick Beef Burgers
- 4 Brioche Burger Buns with Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 250ml garlic aioli
- 100g iceberg lettuce (shredded)
- 340g beef burger patties
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion (sliced and grilled)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Heat oil in a large shallow frying pan over medium heat.
STEP 2
Add beef burger patties and cook 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked to your liking. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
STEP 3
Assemble the burgers by spreading a generous spoonful of garlic aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Then add shredded lettuce, a beef patty, grilled onion slices, and tomato slices. Finish with the top half of the bun.
