Saucy Meatball Garlic Bread Sliders

  • 8 slices of Sliced Brioche Loaf
  • 4 fr8 italian meatballs (cooked)
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 4 oz mozzarella (low-mois-ture, for cooking)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs parsley (fresh)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 Brioche Gourmet Slider Buns

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Peel & finely chop the garlic.
Wash & chop the parsley.


STEP 2

Slice the slider buns in half. Add the buns, cut side up to a sheet tray lined with parchment paper & a drizzle of olive oil.


STEP 3

In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley & butter. Microwave for about 30 seconds to melt the butter.


STEP 4

Brush the slider buns with the garlic butter mixture. Add the buns to the oven at 350ºF for 8-10 mins or until the buns are lightly toasted.
Meanwhile, grate the mozzarella cheese.


STEP 5

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add the meatballs & marinara sauce. Cook for 4-5 min or until the meatballs are fully heated through.


STEP 6

Remove the slider buns from the oven. Add the meatballs to the bottom slider buns. Top with the remaining sauce. Add the mozzarella cheese to the top & bottom slider buns. Add the sliders back to the oven to melt the cheese, about 2-3 min.

Serve the sliders with additional marinara sauce if desired.
