Grilled Garlic Bread
- 4 Brioche Gourmet Brioche Buns
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- Freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Brush the garlic cloves with olive oil and cook them on the grill until softened. Let cool slightly.
STEP 2
Using a fork, mash the grilled garlic in a small bowl.
STEP 3
Add the butter, Parmesan, and rosemary. Mix until well combined.
STEP 4
Spread the garlic butter mixture onto the cut sides.
STEP 5
Grill the buns, cut side down, until golden and slightly crispy.
STEP 6
Slice each bun in half and arrange on a serving tray.
STEP 7
Finish with a touch of freshly ground black pepper. Serve warm.
