🥑 Avocado Egg Toast

  • 1 slice Brioche Gourmet Sliced Brioche
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 4–5 cherry tomato halves
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: chili flakes, a drizzle of olive oil

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Toast the brioche slice until golden.


STEP 2

In a skillet, cook the egg sunny side up.


STEP 3

Mash the avocado with salt and pepper, then spread over the toast.


STEP 4

Top with the fried egg, cherry tomatoes, dill, and optional chili flakes.

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Toast the brioche slice.


STEP 2
