Reuben Sliders

  • 1 slab (6 rolls) of Brioche Gourmet Brioche Rolls
  • 3 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
  • 5–6 oz deli corned beef, sliced
  • 3–4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup sauerkraut, well drained
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  •  1/2 tsp caraway seeds

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).


STEP 2

Keeping the 6 brioche rolls attached, slice the whole slab horizontally to create a top and bottom half.


STEP 3

Place the bottom half in a baking dish. Spread Thousand Island dressing over the cut side.


STEP 4

Layer with corned beef, then Swiss cheese, then sauerkraut.


STEP 5

Close with the top half of the brioche.


STEP 6

Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds.


STEP 7

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 3–5 minutes more until the top is golden and the cheese is melted.


STEP 8

Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
