- 3 beef hot dogs, grilled or pan-seared
Toppings per hot dog:

- French fries (cooked and crispy)

- Spicy mayo or chipotle aioli

- Beef chili (no beans)
- Diced white onions
- Yellow mustard
- Spicy mayo or chipotle aioli
3. Chicago-Style Dog
- Sliced tomato
- Pickle spear
- Pickled sport peppers or banana peppers
- Sweet relish
- Diced onions
- Yellow mustard
- Celery salt (optional)
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Grill or pan-sear the hot dogs until nicely browned.
STEP 2
Lightly toast the Brioche Gourmet Hot Dog Buns.
STEP 3
For each hot dog, place the cooked sausage in a bun and top according to the chosen style:
- Loaded Bacon & Fry: Add a layer of fries, drizzle with spicy mayo, and sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
- Chili Dog: Spoon warm chili over the hot dog, then top with diced onions and a squeeze of mustard.
- Chicago-Style: Add tomato slices, pickle spear, sweet relish, onions, mustard, peppers, and finish with a pinch of celery salt.
