Peanut Butter & Jam French Toast

  • 4 slices Brioche Gourmet Chocolate Chip Brioche
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp fruit jam (strawberry or raspberry)
  • 2 eggs
  •  1/3 cup milk
  • Butter, for the pan
  • Powdered sugar, for serving

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Spread peanut butter on one slice of brioche and jam on another. Close to make a sandwich. Repeat for the second portion


STEP 2

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.


STEP 3

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Toast the sandwiches for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.


STEP 4

Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
