Dubai Chocolate Croissant
- 3 Brioche Gourmet Croissants
- 6 tbsp pistachio crème
- A small handful of kataifi (shredded phyllo dough)
- 60 g dark chocolate chunks
- 3 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 3 tbsp melted dark chocolate (for drizzling)
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
STEP 2
Lightly toast the kataifi on a baking tray for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy. Let it cool.
STEP 3
Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
STEP 4
Spread 2 tablespoons of pistachio crème on the bottom half of each croissant.
STEP 5
Top with crispy kataifi and dark chocolate chunks, then close the croissants.
STEP 5
Finish with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
