  • 6 Plant-Based Brioche Hot Dog Buns
  • 4 corn cobs
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro
  • 4 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise
  • Olive oil
  • Chili oil
  • Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Toast the brioche slices in a pan with butter over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (about 2 minutes per side).


STEP 2

Meanwhile, lightly toast the flaked almonds in a dry pan until golden and fragrant.


STEP 3

Arrange the fig slices on the warm brioche toast.


STEP 4

Sprinkle the toasted flaked almonds over the figs.
