Classic Hot Dog

  • 4 Brioche Hot Dog Buns
  • 4 cups (1 liter) of water
  • 4 hot dog sausages
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup
  • Optional: Fried onions chips

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce the heat, add the sausages, and let them simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.


STEP 2

Remove the sausages and pat dry with a paper towel and add them in the Brioche Hot Dog Rolls.


STEP 3

Garnish with a drizzle of ketchup sauce and mustard sauce.


STEP 4

For more crisps, finish the hot dog by adding fried onion chips.
